Mary Ellen is amazing! In the past five years, we bought two houses and sold those same two houses when we again relocated all with Mary Ellen's assistance and guidance. Mary Ellen worked closely with us to truly understand what we were looking for to ensure we didn't waste time looking at properties that were not a good fit. She did such an amazing job, our first home was purchased by my husband before I even arrived in Florida a month after him. She found exactly what we were looking for as a family. When it came time to sell, Mary Ellen went the extra mile to make sure the process worked for us and our large family showing the house and taking offers while we were at a weekend getaway so as to limit the disruption to our lives. Mary Ellen was put in the time to get it done and got us an offer above asking price and continued to support us all the way to close. Finally, we sold our rental home after we relocated back to Texas and simply could not have done so without Mary Ellen. She coordinated with painters, handymen, electricians and more to get the property ready to sell after being 'well-worn' by the previous renters. Without being physically in Florida, Mary Ellen continued to support and guide us so that we understood what needed to be done to get the house sold.
